Behind every finished exterior is a sequence of carefully coordinated stages. Here’s how the bare structure becomes a complete facade.
Prepare the building
Survey the shell, confirm the facade layout and position scaffolding for access.
Build the framework
Install the aluminium support framework to establish the panel lines and fixing points.
Fit the ACP panels
Position and secure the cladding panels, aligning the joints to create a consistent exterior finish.
Install the glazing
Fit the glass into its glazing system and complete the seals and junctions.
Reveal the finished exterior
Complete the finishing details, inspect the installation and remove the scaffolding.
